This seminar is fabulous! It is a mixture of practical "how-to" advice combined with all-important qualitative, motivational advice. Steve intersperses and intermingles the two so well. I especially appreciated his emphasis on the need to listen to clients, and to work on serving and meeting their needs and expectations, on a disciplined and consistent basis. His focus on the importance of having positive, passionate enthusiasm toward our work and clients also resonated with me. I still am and employee at a big company, but I found the seminar very useful and thought provoking. (I suggest that Steve consider a follow-up in a few months to see how people are doing implementing the ideas and to give participants and opportunity to network further with each other.
