Sherri Spikes has more than 15 years of experience in a range of corporate and consulting roles. She has blended the perspectives of executive and entrepreneur in overseeing operations and service areas as well as talent identification, recruitment and retention.
In her eight years with an Inc. 500 financial services firm, Sherri progressed rapidly to the position of Director of Operations. She then joined one of the largest executive search firms in the U.S., where she was a consultant in the Retained Search Division, successfully recruiting senior corporate, board and CEO talent for insurance and health care organizations across the country. Sherri consistently ranked in the organization’s top 10% during her five-year tenure.
Sherri’s role as Director of Recruiting for an international financial services firm added further depth to her recruiting and management experience. She was responsible for developing an organization-wide recruitment program during a period of significant cultural transformation.
Sherri has also applied her experience in the high-tech arena, originating business plans, attracting venture capital and supporting the development of emerging management teams. She has applied her specialized knowledge to Internet-based career job boards, as well as end-to-end business recruiting and human resources inventory systems. Her expertise extends to design, vendor relations and Internet best practices.
